Great place to stay for a few days. Could be fun with children too. Huge swimming area. Nice bar. Well equipped restaurant. The food wasnt that good afterall.

We were located in the old part of the hotel, the room itself was quite nice, the sauna that worked perfectly, check in and check out was well organised.
Disappointing was the room service, as the room was not cleaned. The garbage was emptied, yes, but the beds were not, the cleaners did not touch anything, not throw out empty bottles, Shampoo was not refilled. The first 2 days there was no room service at all! We had to call them and literally beg them to come.
The restaurant was nice, but more or less the same food was served for 6 days. My Daughter caught a real bad digestion issue caused by something she ate. Drinks are ridiculously expensive - 1 Liter of lemonade (boca) is more than 7euros!!!!
They charged us parking fees, which we were told at the end.
At the pool: the restaurant supposed to open at 12:00. At 11:55 my wife asked for the menu. They snapped at her, sent her away saying that she shall come back in 5 minutes. For a hotel on this level this is not acceptable!
The closest toilet to use near the pool was a 4! Minute walk ( for my 3 year old daughter). No other toilet available.

Hotel with three and four star rooms, with well trained and very friendly staff. It has a relaxation base equipped with thermal water pools and various relaxation areas. Large restaurant and good diversified food. Quick access to the beach and treatment area, massage and beauty procedures. The spa area is large and offers good food and drink at the bar. The rooms are comfortable and clean, the modern furniture and facilities with fridge and minibar.
