1 PARKROYAL COLLECTION Pickering, Singapore

Modern and chic hotel! Facilities looked brand new, staff were amazing! We required halal breakfast and the staff took the initiative to inform us to choose the vegetarian options and went further lengths to ensure the meals were prepared separately! Exemplary customer service! In addition, we asked for a cot and we received a cot with a pillow and baby washing items, lovely!
Will be useful for the hotel to obtain halal certificate for their food. Otherwise, we had an amazing staycation!

It's a very cool place! The owner is very nice! They give a very detail information about transportation and destination
4 Hotel Mono

Booked a studio king for 2 nights.
Strict hotel visitor policy; hotel staff will ensure registered visitors leave by the stipulated time via phone reminders as well as in-person reminders.
Room was spacious enough, and the amenities in the room worked adequately.
Due to its location, it was convenient to get food from the restaurants nearby. Didn’t have to wait long for food delivery also.

Very nice, and so clean. All the staff were friendly and great! thank you for the great service!
6 Hotel 1887

Stayed here long time ago. And I heard that it is renovated. Good to hear. Loved the location and access, as it is right in the middle of Chinatown! Walking distance to the MRT, night food court, Chinese Complex and shopping. However, it was noisy at night due to the food court
7 Hotel 1888 Collection

Very accessible and convenient, rooms are well-equipped with toiletries too. Beds were comfortable! Staff are accommodating too.
Booked Deluxe Triple rooms - smaller than expected, but still considerably cosy.
Floor was slightly sticky, and the toilet door wasn't able to close properly as well. Watch out for the atomized glass too - careful not to hit the switch on accident!
Overall a good experience, worth the price!
8 Opera House Hotel

The location is amazing. The room was very small and dark but i still liked it here. It has a very traditional feel to it and i loved being right in the thick of it.
10 Hotel NuVe Elements, Clarke Quay

images
The location is great, very close to the metro and Chinatown. The reception is on the fifth floor where there’s also an outdoor area for you to chill and relax. The staff are very helpful and friendly. That’s a real plus! The room we stayed is modern and cozy. It got everything we needed. It’s a shame that we didn’t have the chance to use the Jacuzzi. Definitely will stay again next time we visit Singapore. Thanks again Hotel NuVe!
11 Amoy Hotel

Hotel staff is the best service standard I’ve ever received. They are attentive to our needs. I came down for breakfast forgetting to wear my mask and immediately the staff get a disposable one for me. It’s such attention to details that makes the experience comfortable.
Thank you Alvin, Derek and Bryan!
12 Hotel Clover 5 HongKong Street

This hotel is the best hidden secret there is. It is posh and perfect and luxurious. I stayed at Sands for a week and these beds are more comfortable!! Room is clean and staff is SO kind.. particularly Bobby.. he helped me so much. He is kind and courteous and knowledgeable. Room is so comfortable and clean. Just all around such a positive experience and wonderful and amazing staff. And the location is perfect and central to everything!
13 CUBE - Boutique Capsule Hotel @ Chinatown

images
One of the best capsule hotel i’ve been to. It was like a mix of budget and capsule hotel with well thought interiors and very strategic location. Staffs are not too friendly and not around 24hours but our overall experience was great
14 The Scarlet Singapore

Beautiful facade and architecture looking from the outside. This a is a boutique hotel and the furniture is indeed beautiful, unsure and has an antique grandiose feel to it. There is also a spa and rooftop restaurant.
15 Q Loft Hotel 1929@Chinatown

Worse room ever. Book a $70 bed. Assign into a single bed bedroom with limited shower space. No complimentary mineral water. Television not working properly. Bed is obviously those double story bed and remove into 2. Nothing worth mentioning for revisiting this hotel. With the amount i paid, I could easily get a double bed bedroom around the area.
16 Hotel Soloha

Lovely boutique hotel for our staycation and anniversary. Small cozy rooms. Do order the balloons package, it's really worth it to set a great mood!

18 Dorsett Singapore

Very happy with the service given. The staffs were attentive and very polite. I have an allergy and sensitive on my nose. There was a strong smell on the first room given but the moment they knew about this, they immediately change for me to another room which is much better and I am happy with it. Excellent customer service to the lady at the main door and the front desk lady that did the follow up. Location is good. Thank you for the excellent hospitality... Beautiful hotel!!
19 The Fullerton Bay Hotel

images
Absolutely beautiful hotel. Wonderful furnishings and a spectacular view . The staff were so polite and welcoming. They go out if their way to care for guests. And it started with the wonderful doorman. My only quibble was the savoury selection in the tea. But that could just be that I disliked 3 of the options and that's a matter of taste. Worth a visit for a treat.

I'm writing this at 2 am, as there are ongoing drilling noises from nearby that disturb my sleep and I'm frustrated can't sleep now. It happened yesterday too and I called to reception to complain, I'm not sure whether the noise stop or I eventually fall asleep due to super tired. And it happens again now. It started around 12am but I was doing work so I was hoping it will stop by the time I go to sleep. But sadly it did not, and it is 2 am now. Call to inform the reception at 1.30 am but the noise still there. I guess maybe it is out of their control?
The hotel itself is good and the staff are friendly and helpful. The bed is comfortable. But because of the disturbed sleep, I'm really not in the mood to share much on it. I can only give it 5 stars to say that it is really good except my disturbed sleep.
Hope the hotel will settle the noises for the following days but I'm saying goodbye to my good night sleep and prepare for a sleepy Friday ...
