Not really nice
Although It's located at a good location since it's in the City Centre and near to the bus stops, but the beds are not clean enough and the facility of the room are old (such as the chair), but the staff are kind, hope the facilities of this hotel could become better in the future!
We stayed in a studio loft. The loft was spacious, nicely decorated and well equipped. The pool was great. Breakfast bar had a wide range on the menu. We invited 2 of our friends who stayed in Singapore locally to join with us at the Breakfast. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay. Would definitely love to visit again if we are in Singapore!
I was quarantined at this hotel. They’ve dealt with check-in and check-out poorly. I had to wait for 4 hours to get checked in. They also struggled to prioritise people checking out (I waited more than 5 hours after informing them about my negative results and they also didn't assign a check out time for me) because they weren’t efficient in handling the volume of new check ins the day I was released. Though the hotel room is decent, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel due to its horrible service.
