A well executed four star hotel. We booked the room at a steal for 60 SGD and this review will be based on that value. The reception managed to arrange for an accessible room that was easier for my wheelchair bound grandparent to navigate. Necessities were provided for in the room such as bottled water, shower amenities, instant coffee and tea etc. Bed was comfortable and pillows were sufficient. The pool is small but appeared to have good spots to lounge by. The hotel is a 10 minute walk away from Great World City and right by the river for a comforting walk. Breakfast was satisfactory, we would recommend the western options. The staff at the Four Points Eatery were the highlight of our visit. They were accommodating to our needs and friendly. We enjoyed ourselves dining there!
Great service from all the staff who are polite and helpful. Rooms are clean, spacious and river view from room is amazing. Food at The Eatery is very delicious especially the local delights and comes in generous portions. The staff at The Eatery are also very hardworking and hospitable. Overall it was a most relaxing and enjoyable stay.
Check-in was fast however other areas should improve:
(1) when checked in at 3pm, all gym slots for the entire stay were fully booked and the next available slot is the next day 1pm (while check out time is usually 12noon).
(2) missing bedroom slippers in the room, called housekeeping for it and waited 2 hours but it never came. So had to call a second time.
(3) breakfast is extremely disappointing for a four star hotel standard. Not even looking for a spread, but quality of each ingredient is just poor.
Really enjoyed our stay here.
Very clean, sufficient spaciousness, and most importantly, the beds were snug and comfortable.
Toilets were spacious as well.
Location is good for walks along the river and there is a direct bus to the shopping district of Orchard Road, which was only a few stops away.
The gym is well equipped and spacious as well, although the pool is not very large
The room was spacious and clean. Friendly staff. Our package included breakfast and $88 food credit at the eatery. Food quality was really good. It was a very pleasant stay
