We stayed here with our wedding guests, both before and after our wedding. The rooms are modern, stylish, and comfortable, with breathtaking views of the city. All the staff were friendly and helpful, and Carmen went out of her way to help make our stay special for our honeymoon. We had a great time and would highly recommend the Andaz!
Stayed a night for my wedding anniversary! Room was clean and nice though a bit small, but stylish and functional. Only wish that they did something as I indicated the occasion, but I understand it's non-obligatory, just would have made the experience nicer! Had an issue with the toilet lock but the guy who came to help resolve it was superbly kind and nice. Breakfast was good!
Fantastic modern hotel with luxe furnishings. F&B, complimentary items, facilities and services are all up to expectation. Had my stay and it was delightful. The staffs were all helpful and polite. Rooms are spacious and well designed. I hope the management will continue upkeep the hotel in great condition for many more guests to experience the best of Andaz.
Had the most wonderful stay at Andaz this week! Room was really spacious and clean, with stunning views. Sound-proofing is amazing. It was easy to book the pool, and request for any miscellaneous things like ice. Room service was very fast too. But what won me over was their top-notch service; every staff was very proactive, even if they weren't the designated staff you were looking for (e.g. I needed a plaster after I checked-out, but weren't too sure where so when I asked this staff who were in the lift with us, he very quickly helped me out with it). Food-wise, get the marbled potatoes from Alley on 25. They were so good, we ordered it for room service a second-time. Will definitely be back for another stay!
Room quality was top-notch, Room service was excellent, came back each day to flawless sheets. There was a blackout in only our room, but that wasn’t a major problem.
The buffet breakfast is amazing, the egg was just right. We had fun throwing leaves off the side of the infinity pool onto the street below, and got poolside dinner of fried rice. Things weren’t too far away either. I’d recommend.
