my partner and i booked a hotel room today on 21/2/21 but, one of us is 18 this year but hasn’t past birthday yet. When we wanted to check in, the counter person said because one person is under 18 so cannot enter and no refunds. We asked him if the person under 18 can just visit instead and leave at a certain timing at night. But he said even visiting also cannot. We booked this via agoda and check all the policies. The policies did NOT state anything about this. Yes, i understand maybe because under 18 years old is young but, what i do not understand is that why is visiting not even allowed then? Your hotel already stated no refunds. So we reached there, paid and the person said only the above 18 years old person can enter. We went to other hotels and they allowed visitors under 18 to enter, just that need to leave at a certain timing. Unacceptable
Decent for its price. Good stay and friendly at staff. Room is clean as well.
Nice place. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room has a good space and well cleaned.
Honestly, the hotel was not that bad, but a considerable proportion of rooms LACK A WINDOW LOL
