Reviews from visitors:
Stay was good. Counter staff was very informative and apologetic about the construction nearby and gave late checkout to compensate for the noise. Don't really like the cement floor in the room. Bed was quite high but comfortable. Mini bar was free like all nuve hotels. Stay was quite pleasant for a short night.
SG Clean? Not quite so!
Blood stains in the elevator do not get cleaned since weeks. Everybody steps onto it and then into their rooms as it is the only way into the hotel. Most rooms mainly occupied by quarantined or SHN people. Rooms have mold and sometimes water comes through the roof. See pictures. Rooms are tiny. Rooftop is ok. Hotel reserves some deposit on your credit card without prior announcing or asking. Windows cannot be opened. Claims to be post-renovation.
The location is great, very close to the metro and Chinatown. The reception is on the fifth floor where there’s also an outdoor area for you to chill and relax. The staff are very helpful and friendly. That’s a real plus! The room we stayed is modern and cozy. It got everything we needed. It’s a shame that we didn’t have the chance to use the Jacuzzi. Definitely will stay again next time we visit Singapore. Thanks again Hotel NuVe!
One of the most cozy hotels. Great views. Great rooms.
The staffs are friendly and gives us cute post card about local Singapore culture. Room is tiny but clean and modern. The mini bar is fantastic! I can enjoy drinks and cookies at late night without going out. We usually comes back to hotel at midnight therefore I don't have the chance to try the roof top Jacuzzi. Kindly thanks the hotel for the HONEYMOON decoration. It's beautiful and we like it!
