Modern and chic hotel! Facilities looked brand new, staff were amazing! We required halal breakfast and the staff took the initiative to inform us to choose the vegetarian options and went further lengths to ensure the meals were prepared separately! Exemplary customer service! In addition, we asked for a cot and we received a cot with a pillow and baby washing items, lovely!
Will be useful for the hotel to obtain halal certificate for their food. Otherwise, we had an amazing staycation!
Pros:
1)The room was spacious with a nice city view.
2) The interior room design was amazing.
3) staffs were friendly
Cons:
1)The room was very dirty with many visible stains on towels, walls and even table. See picture.
2) Ordered in room dinning service using F&B credits, operator did not inform us whether which food on the menu are promotional items or not. Only non promotional items can use with credits. Secondly, the website and menu didn't state which are promotion items. Ended up, we need to pay extra for "promotional " items. How's this fair for your customers?
3) Waited 45 minutes to check in.
Very friendly staff who go out of their way to help. Eco friendly rooms with smart design. Loved the green garden surrounding the pool, with many nice plants. The view from our room gave a wondering scenic backdrop at any point of the day.
We felt that the architecture and greenery were the best features of the hotel. Rooms are spacious, but beds were too soft for our liking (personal preference here). The building's generally well-maintained, but lacked the detailed touches such as false ceiling debris in the corridor, scraped furniture paint. Service staff were also generally helpful, but could've provided a better experience with a smile. Overall, a good hotel to stay at, conveniently located to the heart of Chinatown and the CBD.
Location of the hotel was great! Right beside Chinatown Point and walking distance to Clarke Quay Central. There is greenery all around and gives out a refreshing, tranquil vibe.
Service staff were also friendly and warm.
Breakfast is good too - the chefs make good food.
Gym is big and provides sanitiser wipes to maintain hygiene.
