It's not 4 stars because the water pressure was really quite bad. Think of it as a trickle. The water mixer only gives you either cold or very hot water. It's a shame cause the rest of the room is good. I am also quite impressed by the privacy toilet glass enabled with a button press.
Stayed here long time ago. And I heard that it is renovated. Good to hear. Loved the location and access, as it is right in the middle of Chinatown! Walking distance to the MRT, night food court, Chinese Complex and shopping. However, it was noisy at night due to the food court
Charged my card without my stay and dont want to refund be alert guy
Envoiroment wise is a great place for tourists. As for local staycation, it may not be advisable to certain people cause too noisy especially from the surrounding streets, the flooring platform causing a lot of noise when cleaning n also real noisy if next room customer r inconsiderate. I was assign to a room where is in the middle of 2 noisy rooms. 1 room screaming n shouting by a group of gals n another room occupied by a grouping talking n laughing loudly n even SMOKING heavily at the balcony in the middle of the night.
Small size room. No room service. No bed making in 4 days in our stay. No dinner and lunch facility. Partially available small breakfast menu. By the way whatever they cook food is good. Polite staff.
