Very happy with the service given. The staffs were attentive and very polite. I have an allergy and sensitive on my nose. There was a strong smell on the first room given but the moment they knew about this, they immediately change for me to another room which is much better and I am happy with it. Excellent customer service to the lady at the main door and the front desk lady that did the follow up. Location is good. Thank you for the excellent hospitality... Beautiful hotel!!
Booked for a work-related 2D1N stay. Location is great, hotel and room is clean. Staff were attentive, requested for 2 extra pillows and was given upon request.
Bed is very comfortable too. Can't wait for my next booking this month!
Never come across a hotel denying access to lobby toilets to visitors. Most properties are welcoming and courteous enough to let people use the facilities if need be. That’s how you set standards!
The room I was facing was where the sun shone when the sun was setting. So upon checking in the room temperature remained 27degrees and was quite unbearable. So I had to close the curtain so the room will be cooled..
Overall the service was nice but due to covid restrictions.. the facilities could not be fully enjoyed.
Great location and the room was really spacious.
The shower had great water pressure so it was really relaxing.. I had 4 showers in a span of 18 hours.
Nice place to relax and has nearby bars to enjoy..
Warm hospitality from staff. A malay cleaning aunty has been helpful. Great location and view. Only disappointment here is that the king sized was advertised but that was actually 2 single beds merged in 1 - so wasn't that comfy.
