Reviews from visitors:
Convenient location, right next to Raffles Hotel. A small hotel and room rather small though. Drinks in the fridge are complimentary. Would prefer that they have hanging hooks inside the bathroom to hang up clothes and towel though. Love the scenery at their rooftop pool.

Chose Naumi hotel for our wedding night on e 28th February 2021 and I'm glad i made that choice. Everything was just perfect! Customer Service by Day & Night Receptionist, Pool, Room, Designs. All that deserves a 5 Star for sure.
First time booking a stay a Naumi. I heard of many good reviews and was really looking forward to this staycation with my fiancé. The purpose of booking this staycation was to celebrate my fiancé’s birthday. So upon reaching the hotel, the connection was really bad at the lobby to the point whereby we can’t check in to our TraceTogether app. Lucky the wifi at the lobby was acceptable. So after checking in, I came down to the reception to enquire more on how many visitors are allowed in a room as I wanted to surprise my fiancé by having his friends to celebrate his birthday with him in the room. I approached the receptionist, Germaine, if I remembered her name correctly to check with her the number of pax allowed to join us in the room. As new regulations have been updated by the government that 8 pax are allowed to gather, I went on to inform her that there will be visitors coming in. So she told me that I would have to registered the guests’ details with the counter and etc. All was clear and okay until at a point of time, I double checked with her the number of visitors allowed to come in. Instead of telling me the number of pax allowed to come in, she answered my question with a question by asking me how many pax do I have on my side. So I told her there will be a total of 8 pax in a room including my fiancé and I. She then went on to tell me only 5 pax is allowed and this figure includes my fiancé and I and I am only allowed to have 3 more pax to join us. I did doubt her words for a second but I thought it might be the regulations set by the hotel so I didn’t prob any further. However, to my surprise, there was actually a notice posted up by the hotel management that they actually allowed up to 8 pax to gather.
My point is I have nothing against the hotel management policy if they only allowed 5 pax to gather even though the new updated figure is 8 pax. We clearly understand that it is still a sensitive period right now due to COVID-19 and we would not want to impose any inconvenience to the hotel as well. But answering a question with a question and giving incorrect information, is it really necessary? And I don’t think that’s the right customer service over there as the tone wasn’t really right to start with as well.
But all and all with the bad customer service, there are still a few good things I would like to praise Naumi for.
1. Bed was really comfy.
2. Location was also accessible from quite a few train stations.
3. One of the staff on the night shift actually help to clear the misunderstanding by a little. She was polite and even reminded us that all visitors will have to leave the room by 11pm. Really appreciate it.
Unforgettable experience. Lived 2 months in this nice boutique hotel during Covid 19. Grateful for the friendly and helpful staff. They made my stay safe and pleasant.
