Reviews from visitors:
Hotel room was small. Check in was smooth, had no issues. Second time here. Love the butter coffee at Lavender. Surrounded by bars, a supermarket, 7-11 and food all within 5 minutes. Mini bar was free. 4 stars as walls aren't sound proof and we could here the cleaners talking in the morning but not a big issue.
Just checked in to a rude awakening of the staff telling me I have to pay an extra $30. Receptionist was not friendly and gave the "my way or the highway" type response.
Forked out the $30 and got upgraded to a deluxe queen room, which was very small -- about the size of a single room in other hotels
For the price ($120), could get bigger and better rooms across the street...
Wouldnt come back. Better bang for buck deals elsewhere.
I was about to give 4 stars because of the weird check in and out timings but I decided to not do that because overall you guys deserve 5 stars. Hotel was clean and well maintained. Level 5 is so amazing to have a wine and chill or spend your free time. Pool is little bit small but for a place like that its so worthy. Overall Im happy with the money I spent. Thank you. !
Everything was good here , except not so sound proof. Swimming was fun, got a few 24hours eatery nearby and also friendly staff. Overall very wonderful stay
I was very, very positive I left my bluetooth speakers after I checked out. It was under the blankets.
Called them a few hours later & they told me that there was nothing in the room.
For sure the housekeeping staffs took it & denied when asked.
Really upset about this.
