My family and I stayed 2 nights for the first time at this hotel. The staff were very polite, observant and showed a lot of initiatives. This is consistent everywhere, from concierge, to check in, to restaurants and chambermaids. The customer service here is even better than some of the club level at other hotels. My family was pleasantly impressed! We will definitely return again. The breakfast served were very good with quite a variety to choose from. Highly recommended!
I was wondering why this hotel was getting such rave reviews, and now I know why—I don’t think I can add anything more here than other than what is already been said. Except that staying in the hotel, one of the main features that I noticed was their incredible attention to detail. It’s like there’s nothing that could be considered that they have neglected, a phenomenal experience, highly recommended.
The overall stay in Kempinski was excellent! Upon arrival, the staff gave us an in-room check in and brought us to our room. We booked for Heritage room on a weekday and the hotel auto upgraded us to Terrance Room, this is out of my expectation as I didn't expect there could be free upgrade for Heritage Room too. Personally I like the guaranteed late checkout as that gave us ample time to enjoy the facilities in hotel and more value for money. The Lady in Red prepared a pretty red velvet cake with a hand written birthday card, that's very thoughtful. I liked the service of choosing own pillow. The bed was super comfy and bathtub was spacious with TV. I like the standing shower with 3 shower heads and bench to sit down while showering. We had a great stay in Terrace Room.
The daily breakfast served at 15 Stamford by Alvin Leung was impressive compare to other hotel's breakfast buffet. The restaurant ambience was good and food quality in small portion make us felt that we started a great day with a high class and relaxing breakfast. We are also allowed to customized our breakfast through ordering with staff.
We will want to go back again as the stay in Kempinski was indeed memorable and enjoyable. Feel it is valued for money!
Wide variety of cuisine. ....German beer at Frieda is worth the money.
Whiskey is very reasonably priced.
Highly recommended
Amongst all the other staycays i've had, this was hands down the best breakfast. Would go back just for that. Not to mention the attention to detail, and the willingness to go the extra mile from their staff.

Evening turn down service made the room always nice and clean for us after dinner
Breakfast was really, really good.
Definitely worth the price.
