I have been to this hotel afew years ago and my experience staying here was not a pleasant one. This hotel is of a bargain basement standard Hence the 1 star rating. Do not expect the comfort features of any decent hotel.from this hotel.
This hotel is the best hidden secret there is. It is posh and perfect and luxurious. I stayed at Sands for a week and these beds are more comfortable!! Room is clean and staff is SO kind.. particularly Bobby.. he helped me so much. He is kind and courteous and knowledgeable. Room is so comfortable and clean. Just all around such a positive experience and wonderful and amazing staff. And the location is perfect and central to everything!
Great location. Close to transport, restaurants, Clarke Quay and Chinatown. Good breakfast available with variety of choices. Staff helpful and friendly.
Very comfortable, clean and enough space in room to open cases. Don't believe other reviews that complain about room size. Yes small but chair and computer table plus small fridge and room safe all in the space with room to spare.
Great little hotel for the price. Small room but comfortable and clean. Great for someone on a budget :)
