Absolutely beautiful hotel. Wonderful furnishings and a spectacular view . The staff were so polite and welcoming. They go out if their way to care for guests. And it started with the wonderful doorman. My only quibble was the savoury selection in the tea. But that could just be that I disliked 3 of the options and that's a matter of taste. Worth a visit for a treat.
Very pleasant 2 day staycation. Views of Marina Bay are super, good service, comfy rooms. Lantern rooftop bar excellent ambience but a bit too pricey, they even charged for water.

Despite the glitzy glamorous architecture, there was nothing to entice me to engage them for anything - not even a meal - much less a stay. Their cold and snobbish attitude made me feel very unwelcome even before I enter their doors. Strangely, I observed that their guests adopt the same attitude. For example, while queueing to safe entry into the building, an extremely inconsiderate stuck-up lady swung her car door open, nearly hitting my wife and what did the hotel employee do? Nothing. He stood there and watched.
The hotel and the guests deserve each other. I definitely won't be a guest of this hotel. There are so many other 5-star hotels with much better service.
Don't forget, this hotel might be beautiful but eventually, it is still the guest who is paying.
