Good location, a bit expensive with the price for a small sized room and dull looking room. Convenient for sleeping over but for a luxury experience is not recommended. Receptionists are not accommodating and friendly, only there to do their jobs, check-in then register and go. Overall experience was amazing in Singapore.
Booked a room to settle my work-related matters. Location is great, but room is relatively small, bedding has stains and room seems to have a weird smell.

The bed sheet still gt strain, and corner of the bed abit dusty, hair, unclean. Ever though the price is affordable, and when I request to change room, but the same issue happened, except the bathroom quite ok. I won't extend my stay and I don't recommend this hotel. The staff still need to undergo training of customer service, because when I first day checked in. The staff doesn't being polite and not helpful.
I booked 4 a night stay it also indicated on my confirmation . But when I check in they told me I booked transit stay. I was told they can't change in the end I foot $20 more. I believed agoda should give me an explanation
