The room was nice together with the deck. though small, it was cozy and my friend and I enjoyed the down time there. However there were some things that I wished could have been better.
Firstly, there is only 1 chair given to each room and I did call to ask if we could request for another one however mission control said each room can only have 1 chair. they did not offer an alternative which was rather disappointing.
Secondly, the sink area was dusty and had dust particles.
Lastly and the point that I am really upset about. Their breakfast though advertised to be really appetizing was a great disappointment. The food came to us cold( like it had been pre-cooked for a long time). The coffee and Tea options were limited. We felt that it was not worth the additional cost to include add on breakfast.
We were really disappointed and did not go for the hotel's breakfast on the second day. I recommend not to buy the hotel's breakfast but instead go the surrounding cafes for a wide variety of breakfast choices.
Even though I haven't stayed here myself I was in a difficult situation where my phone battery died and I had hurt my foot and then realized I forgot my wallet at home And I was running for important meeting in 20 minutes. If it wasn't for the help of Aaron at the front desk who helped me book a cab and help me get some hope that I'm going to make my meeting I would have literally had a panic attack so I can safely say as a frequent traveler that this hotel is a place that really takes care of you thank you so much Aaron
Futuristic and cozy room with an amazing view of Orchard's shopping belt from the washroom. Their staff are generous and willing to go the extra mile for you. I often find myself coming back to stay. Absolutely recommended and worth the price!
From the moment you entered, everything just awesome. Staff polite, helpful and patience. I did a silly mistake where I stayed on floor 27 Instead of 22. Keep returning to the lady receptionist and telling her my card not working. She is so patience in helping up. Room is small but clean and nice. Everything just awesome
One of the best and comfortable place I've stayed.. A smart bed! 2 robots to send your necessary item. To your room. And a wonderful. Gym and Food..
