I was there with my family for my mothers birthday lunch buffet. My father drove us there, carpark spaces were plentiful. The buffet spread was a little limited in my opinion, was the quality of the food was good. My family especially loved the oxtail they served. I thought the upbeat background music playing overhead didn't really suit the mood of the restaurant but twas a minor issue. Overall the experience was definitely positive :))
The hotel is strategically located at the City Centre. Great location with ample car park. Great office space for corporate. easy parking too!
Banquet operations team there are great and service-oriented! Banquet Suite & smaller anson rooms are perfect for smaller sized events. Banquet Suite has a higher ceiling though.
Nice design and pleasant experience during the visit. The ramp to the car park is rather narrow, though, so you have to be extra careful.
Had lunch at the M Hotel Cafe. Tried the special set lunch. Ordered the Black Angus Steak Medium and I was serve medium well. My guest ordered the hamburger and ask the neat to be cooked medium well and was served well done. The burger was dry. The other guest ordered the Fried Kway Teow and it was not nice. The cook cannot even prepare a Singapore favorite food well. Not an enjoyable lunch and definitely not up to expectation.
