Worse room ever. Book a $70 bed. Assign into a single bed bedroom with limited shower space. No complimentary mineral water. Television not working properly. Bed is obviously those double story bed and remove into 2. Nothing worth mentioning for revisiting this hotel. With the amount i paid, I could easily get a double bed bedroom around the area.
Stay was bad. We paid for the most expensive Terrance suite but was not the same as the photos shown. We got a really small corner room. The aircon kept going on and off so we had to call the receptionist that was not helpful at all. The shower tap was broken and left on the ground. The fan was taken left so the motor was left. During dinner at the balcony, the lift went off so we called the receptionist to fix it but he told me his not the maintenance guy instead. Balcony floor was very very dirty and not maintained. The bathtub was unusable. Overall rating is very bad
Booked the Terrace Suite (mainly for the terrace access) for a special occasion for 9 Dec 2020. The terrace area is very poorly maintained. Most of the wooden fences have rotted away and strewn all over the balcony, paint on railings have chipped off in huge proportions, and my bathtub was draining water onto the terrace. Do not be deceived by the photos provided by the hotel. The only positive aspect of the hotel was a male staff who was relatively helpful. I would advise any potential guests to physically check the condition of the terrace if that is your main consideration for making the booking just like me, before confirming your booking.
The room was smaller than it looked in the pictures. There was no mini fridge as mentioned on the Agoda website. The water heater didn’t work for most of the time. But for the price, was alright. The area is very central and near to a lot of good food eateries.
