We got the great suite, although it is a 2 star hotel (based on Google), the location of the hotel is accessible and the ambience is very 80s feel. Lots of Instagrammable backdrop. Foods are everywhere and there's a 7-11 right around the corner! I booked the great suite and the bathtub is really worth it. Although some say bathtub is dangerous for kids, but for this case, the bathtub is big and there are lots of space for them to play in it. Adults can be by the bed and they can still keep and eye at the bathtub area. Overall, it's worth for couple and family.
Great hotel, great hospitality (nice receptionist) and overall lovely ambiance. Such an aesthetic hotel. We got a last minute room for an amazing rate. Would definitely recommend youth traveling on a budget and looking for worthwhile tourist experience in SG!
Hotel has a unique design but poor cleanliness, most of the surfaces in the room were covered in dust.
We also received poor hospitality as the receptionist didn’t accommodate or check in with us while we were waiting for our room to be ready. I received a poker face on my birthday staycation, it was not pleasant experience at all.
Wouldn’t recommend.
Staff walked in to my room WITHOUT KNOCKING to check air conditioning. This is extremely rude and scary experience as a solo female traveler.
The tiles of bathroom was dirty and grey and was not clean.
Shampoo and conditioner is not refilled (almost empty) and left in gross state.
Did not feel comfortable in the hotel and surrounding areas.
Reception was not helpful!
This place would be great if all of the above is fixed. Nice interior but terrible service and overall quality
Love the ambience but the receptionists usually aren't around.
