VCS is a one of a kind hotel that has all the wow factors, from the artistic interior, the excellent customer service, the great food and whiskey collections. The staffs are all very friendly and customer oriented, they made our stay such a pleasant and memorable experience. My wife loved the room interior so much and praised me for my good choice. For our "Experience Yellow Pot" package, we do hope that they can provide choices for the 4-course dinner's main as it was quite spicy for us. Other than this, everything else is just perfect. Well done and keep it up!

Breakfast was exactly what we needed after a fun Whiskey Library experience the night before. And to top it off, 4PM CHECKOUT- please always make this a thing!!
Deluxe Executive room on L3. Bearing in mind that's it's a boutique luxury hotel, the lobby is dark even during the day. Lots of golds and reds, and a golden elephant head in the whiskey bar of the lobby. Staff are really nice.
The room is exceptionally small(if you have 2 large luggage, you'll find it a battle to walk around). Lots of quirky fixtures and fittings, it overlooks the yard for the terrace rooms on L2. Nespresso machine and good selection of tea that are complimentary in the wardrobe-slash-Pantry. Beautiful writing desk lines the walkway to the toilet/shower combo. Air conditioning is either too cold or too hot. And something says about a hotel that only has Fox News as the only news TV channel available. I recommend this hotel for the Whiskey Bar, location and the ambiance, just not for longer than 1 night.
The air conditioner either too cold or too hot. Room is extremely small while they have mentioned we been upgraded. Lounge starts from 5pm -8pm in the same dinning area, food was good and unlimited.
Breakfast was the most funniest part, you only can order once even for beverage! So we’ve feedback during the check out, the staff was surprised as a platinum member we actually can order more than once !
Great service during check-in! Last-minute booking must be done by email correspondence only.
However, the corner room was a bit dusty and small.
Otherwise, the whole experience was good with comfy bed.
