Told the customer service officer over the phone that I will be returning to collect my items that left behind, she noted down my phone number and promise to keep it for me. I went back later and the staff told me they couldn't find it and have throw it away. Irresponsible, the staff should have notify their customers before discard their belongings!!
Kind of good please for rest day cause in the receptionist lobby got a small Chinese cafe. And their toilet have bath tab. Complete facility with air-conditioning not so strong and freeze and good wall decorations.
Greetings from the receptionists were very poor mannered. When i came to collect my deposit and placed the slip on the counter, the lady just roughly snatched it infront of me, looked at me with a very stern eyes and said “just wait for awhile”, she never even explained what for, eventually i knew they had to check the room first. She also looked annoyed when i told her one of the room key card was accidentally left in one the room slot which caused it to self lock so i could not return to her at that moment. Its not my intention to leave it there, we’re just not use to staying in connecting rooms and tends to forget we had to leave the room door open. Extremely bad experience here. Definitely will not return again.
I tried this harbourville much better then the rest compared in kampong bahru.
Horrible hotel. Renovations even on Sundays despite saying that there will not be any renovation on Sunday. No blankets, tissue paper provided. Despite non-smoking room but still got smoke smell.
