Room was super dusty and dirty. We can feel it right from the moment we stepped into the room. Requested a change of room, new room was not the cleanest but was better than the previous room. Could hear the noise coming from outside the room easily and dint have a good night sleep! Only good thing is the lady who check us in, can’t remember her name but at least her service was good!
Booked a studio king for 2 nights.

Room was spacious enough, and the amenities in the room worked adequately.
Due to its location, it was convenient to get food from the restaurants nearby. Didn’t have to wait long for food delivery also.
Room was mediocre, at best, not what i was expecting based on the pictures that they’ve shown in the website. The service was what i thought was not very acceptable. We were not able to have an early check-in, which is understandable but our room was not even ready on time, and we were not even given the chance to have a late check-out which is something that they should really improve on to increase customer’s satisfaction. Also, just a feedback but they should really amend their information in the website to give clarity to customers, instead of providing different information verbally at their reception counter. Thank you.
A clean homely place to rest. Staff is friendly. Location is convenient. Close to train station, good food and fabric and craft shops.
There are restaurants downstairs and the noise from guests could disturb some. But it was fine for us.
For all the instagrammers out there, this is definitely the hotel for you! It can comfortably sleep up to 6 people with 2 queen beds + a sofa bed. It's aesthetics are off the charts, every angle was great! The service is so-so, nothing fancy. Their mini fridge wasn't working tho. Their toilet was clean, spacious and they provided with adequate toiletries! Lots of good food nearby, Chinatown is just around the corner! The perfect staycay for a group of friends! (Too much space for couples)
