When i first checked-in to my family room i was booking i got a broken toilet locks plus had only power outlet in the room that i can use moreover the room is big enough as it said family room then i changed to a new family room with AC wasn't cool enough plus water clogged in the shower. I am really disappointed because it wasn't suit with the price i paid.
Very friendly staff, who will help you with anything. Room got tidied every day, had a fridge and good sized bed. Breakfast was provided and there was a pool. A great place to stay if you go to Siem Reap.
Good view and near Pub Street
This hotel was wonderful. It was three of us from the USA visiting the temples. The staff was pleasant and very accommodating to our needs. The place is clean no funny smells. As a travel agent, I would recommend Tanei Boutique if you are in the area.
Nice, clean hotel with a great pool. Powerful AC and decent WiFi. Walking distance to a lot of food and shops. The staff is very friendly, knowledge and speak English if you need. They arranged complimentary airport pick up for me. Buffet breakfast is good, a lot of variety and different options each day.
