The nicest people I have ever stayed with. The staff couldn't do more for us, we actually felt loved!
They found out it was my birthday and organised a surprise complimentary the course meal for myself and my girlfriend on a candle - lit terrace, I was blown away.
They will go out of their way for you. Also, in conversation, they are as interested in your culture as you are in theirs.
The staff here would be a reason to revisit this country
Excellent hotel. Every single staff member was incredibly nice, attentive and helpful, going the extra mile to make sure that I was comfortable. The hotel itself is fairly small, but the rooms are well decorated and equipped. I did not have a chance to use the spa or swimming pool facilities.
My room was very spacious, and quiet.
Good, local food spots around, even though the surroundings might look a bit poor - I did like the fact that it felt authentic.
Amazing hotel with fantastic staff. My girlfriend and I stayed in Sumeru Hotel for some days and Lara was our personal assistant during that time and everything was great. Thank you very much, we would recommend it for everyone that want a relaxing and comfortable stay in Cambodia.
Very nice place to stay in. Spacious rooms, friendly staff with good communication, excellent service. Staff are focused on making sure everything is at your liking. A little further away from the ruckus and crowd of the Night Market, but still close. Highly recommended.
