This place is awesome. Spacious room and nicely set up. We loved the private pool! Friendly staff and good service. 10 mins drive from the Pub street but it doesn't matter if you want to relax and be away from crowd. Most of all it's a pet friendly place and our dogs enjoyed this place too.
This is an intimate and beautifully appointed resort. It's not really far from central if you like being away from crowd this place absolutely your choice. The staff are attentive without being intrusive which is a rare commodity. Food is excellent and well presented by lovely staff. The outdoor swimming poor is huge with warm water and we really loved it. The rooms are spacious and clean with excellent bed and bathrooms which are a pleasure to return to after a sight seeing expedition. Thank everyone for making our trip so special. We definitely have to come back!!!

friendly staff. The room is very nice but few things are not worthy in the resort. First of all the SPA is not active. The Sauna is off all the time and the steam bath doesn’t exist. The hot water in the junior suite is not enough to make a bath in the tube, it can be filled less than 15 cm that the water will be cold. The location is far from the city and in the evening it’s bit uncomfortable for hanging out. So you will fill a bit isolated. In addition the road out of the resort is in a very bad condition full of whole. The pick up at the airport is free but for the drop off they charge you more than a regular taxi.
Fantastic experience at this place: outstanding service from all the staff! They bend over backwards to accommodate you - just extraordinary! They even pick you up from the airport. Lovely grounds, beautiful pool, large quiet and comfortable rooms and delicious meals at their restaurant! They also can coordinate tour packages with private drivers and guides. We requested a 2 day temple tour and really enjoyed listening to the history and visiting the amazing temples. This place is outside of Siem Reap so it's lovely and tranquil - perfect place after a long day of visiting temples!
