Very nice hotel staff are very friendly and speak and understand English well. For business trips to Siem Reap this is my go to hotel. For me the location is excellent right next to Lucky Mall and a 2 minute walk to Heratige Walk where you have the best Sushi place the Hashi!
We were in town for the Angkor Wat half marathon and enjoyed our stay very much here. The staff all spoke fluent English, were friendly and hospitable throughout our stay and even treated us to a complimentary breakfast when we arrived early and not yet checked into our room. They were also quite helpful in arranging a very early morning tuk tuk for us to Angkor Wat the morning of the half marathon. The hotel was within walking distance of the Angkor National Museum and the old market. The rooms were clean, the bed comfortable and we very much enjoyed the restaurant. We also took advantage of the nice pool and they provided towels. Fun visit and we would definitely stay there again.
We brought our 9 y.o. and 7 y.o. to Cambodia last July. The hotel room was spectacular, exactly what we were looking for. The staff were beyond friendly and made sure to welcome us and our kids back every time. The kids loved the attention and being greeted by their names. The hotel also smelled amazing. Loved the lemongrass diffused throughout the hotel. Highly recommend and would definitely go back. Loved it.
This was an amazing hotel experience! The staff was friendly and so helpful, especially our receptionist, Bella, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. She helped arrange customized and personal tours and travel, recommended restaurants, and made us comfortable on our honeymoon. Since it’s a boutique hotel experience, you really receive personalized, top-tier service.
The hotel itself is spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The pool is beautiful with comfy lounge chairs and bar service, and the spa offers some great packages. Breakfast was included with our room and was delicious. They had local and western made-to-order options, as well as a buffet for fruit/breads/salads. The hotel is in a fantastic location that’s walking distance to the main bar areas, and is next door to a market/mall so you can purchase anything you need. It’s also close to the tour areas for Angkor Wat and the airport.
Overall, we would highly recommend this boutique hotel for your stay in Siem Reap!
They have an amazing hospitality. The staff can guide very nicely about the local loops and events. I remember their staff Martin and Bella have been very helpful and nice through out our stay in the hotel. They have a nice pool side are. One can also try their spa. I had a really good time in the spa. Ambience is awesome. Location is advantageous as the local markets and malls are in walkable distance. Local tuktuk s are easily available around the hotel.
