The place was really quiet and peaceful. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I had the whole pool to myself the whole time. It's a really peaceful place, with a lot of different rooms to choose from if you want pool access from your room, a balcony or some privacy. The bed had two hearts made from decorated flowers and the bathtub like jacuzzi in the room had water drawn already and flowers in the water by the time I checked in. First time a hotel has done that for me. It was a very special moment! Great place to get away and relax from the noise!

Excellent hotel, located in a quiet area, greenery. A long swimming pool which is perfect for those who love exercise with swimming. Beautiful room with full facilities. Highly recommend for couple and family travelers.
Really nice pool, but the room was stuffy and did not smell too great. Our TV never worked at all during our stay. We asked for towels to use at the pool repeatedly and this was not provided. Their restaurant and bar was closed and no minibar either, which forced one to order elsewhere instead. The spa service was not available either. We eventually checked out early, because it was not worth the money we paid. Siem reap has amazing hotels, so this was a let down on all fronts.
