Excellent service here. TV had all the cable channels I like, amazingly comfortable bed, ginormous bath, gorgeous pool. The architecture of this new establishment mirrors the esthetic temples of Angkor wat. Not a super convenient location, but trust me, it's worth it. Only 5 min tuk-tuk ride from downtown. I am sad that I can not stay longer.

We spent 2 nights here in February 2020. The hotel is located a bit out of the way from Siem Reap city center but a few minutes of tuk tuk ride takes you there. There is complimentary car service from/to the airport and the whole staff is really welcoming. The hotel building itself is quite beautiful in a sort of colonial architecture. One issue is the abundance of Mosquitos at night but the rooms are sprayed. There is buffet and cooked to order breakfast available. We usually ordered room service which is quite affordable if you are coming from Europe. Portions are generous and presentation is nice. Try Fish Amok. The staff at reception is very helpful about sightseeing options and they even provide a chauffeur-driven car if you need. We went to one of the Floating Villages on Tonle Sap and the whole thing cost 45 USD for all of us. All in all very pleased with the experience.
WOW is an understatement. Luxurious hotel and a great price. Beautiful room, extremely well maintained gardens and pool. Free breakfast. Food was excellent and had good choices. The staff were beautiful and so accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble.
Love the meet and greet each time I returned from day trips - water and cool towels met me each time.
Had my first ever massage here - very professional and excellent service.

This place is amazing. Looks better than the online pics. What makes this place worth it is the staff. They are amazing. Every one of them knew are named and greeted us by name each time they saw us. Anything we needed they would do their best to accommodate. Our first day there the chef personally took us to the local market to give us a realistic view of how most people in Cambodia live and make a living. Really made us appreciate how well we have it in America despite our current political climate.
The food at the hotel was great. The pool and drinks were enjoyed by all of us. Very relaxing.
