It is the first and last time we stay here. It's mold in the bathroom, dirty, lot of dust in the room, used & broken furniture, the phone is not connected. Horible experience!
Besides that , the front desk staff ( Bianca, Corina, and the other girl , I don't remember her name ) was great in assisting us in moving to a better room which was not up to standards either.
We reached the hotel in the evening, after a long drive, and the young lady from reception upgraded our room to a superior one on the last floor, with a beautiful view of Fagaras Mountains.
Great hotel very close with the city center.
Love the room and the relaxing bed.
Great staff, pets friendly (we paid 90 Ron/night) and parking 25 Ron.

A good choice if you are planning to visit Sibiu. Good location and nice view.
First of all, my advance money was still not returned even if today is the 30th day (the las day they could send it back). The cards kept demagnetising multiple times in a day. The room was very loud due to the noise made by the ventilation that did not stop during the night, the air conditioning wasn’t working at all, nobody came to clean the room in any of the nights. There was no shampoo, shower gel or slippers in a 4* hotel. Truly disappointed. Would not recommend at all.
