Clean rooms,with air conditioning,nice firm beds,large flat TV,mini fridge, bathroom with shower,little lobby, very nice staff overall. Two downsides: it's a bit pricy and the walls are too thin,especially to the bathroom.In the parking area there is a fountain with a few nice turtles

Been here with my girlfriend for a 3 night stay in Sibiu in Aug 2020.
The Hotel is really close to the center and you only have to walk for about 5-10 mins. It's just perfect if you want to avoid the noise from the center area and you don't mind taking a small walk.
The room was quite spacious and clean. We had a Double Room in the main building at the last floor. We liked the fact that we had a balcony, even though the view is not that amazing since you only see the street and their garden.
The bathroom was okay, but there was a bad smell coming out of the drainage. This is one reason why I gave it a 4 star rating. This is quite unacceptable for any 3* hotel... I think the most important thing everywhere is cleanliness and this includes clean air in the room.
The bed was comfy and we slept really well on their mattress. You have a mini fridge and a TV in the room which we barely used, but you might use. And the room had AC which again we didn't use at all.
Another reason I gave it a 4 star was because we have taken the room with breakfast included and we could only chose from 4 variations of breakfast which were way too small and basic... I know, this happened due to the COVID-19 situation but still.. They could have offered bigger portions or more variation, especially when you pay 30lei/pers for breakfast. And it took them quite a while to serve the food also...
The staff was nice with us but we didn't interact all that much with them.
All in all, I guess it is a good place to stay at, but skip the breakfast until they get back to the buffet style breakfast. Also check the bathroom before taking the room. Maybe it was a drainage issue only for that room that we stayed in.
The rooms are decent and pretty clean. The hotel is big with lots of rooms, staf ok, location ok- 10 minutrs walk to the city center. It is a 2*-3* hotel. No hairdrier in the room.
