What a great way to start a honeymoon.
Booked the presidential suite ONE YEAR in advance.
Due to the pandemic, had to check-in online with my partner (which I did around 15:00, as requested) I got called whilst driving to the hotel only to be told that there was a problem with the room....because someone from the staff extended the stay for the current guest, so I would get a normal room/apartment instead of the presidential suite.
No compensation was offered for this, only an apology. Whilst the person on the phone was very helpful and nice and is not to blame for the mix-up, I have cancelled my booking and scrambled to find somewhere else to stay, since of course I dont wish to be given a regular room when I booked the presidential one in the first place.
The hotel have larger and clean rooms, great staff and extraordinary position, close to the center. I be glad to return.

They don’t have parking. Yep, it’s a “4*” hotel, almost 100 €\night but they don’t have parking and the staff is a bit rude. Cleaning room means only changing the towels. The breakfast was decent. I don’t recommend this hotel.
Large hotel, its very nice, the staff is friendly and the breakfast is fantastic, only the Internet connection is very stow and frequently fails completely.
This hotel is full of charm.The location is perfect.We loved the rooms and the bathrooms...especially my dear friend Paula,she was pleasantly surprised by how clean the rooms and bathrooms were. Everything was so on point. The staff very friendly.The breakfast was excellent. I am already planning our next stay. :)
