I've made a reservation via email and discussed with someone from the reception via phone.
When I arrived, they couldn't find my reservation in their system and couldn't find a solution for this situation. I had to look for another hotel last minute.
We (7 people) drove 300+km, after prior confirming our reservations via email and phone, to find out they forgot to book us rooms. Very disapointed in their response as they already had everything booked so no efforts were made to help us out. It turned out that we found better reservation at 200m up hill. (as this would have been the second time we booked one night at Rin). I will never go back to Rin and I will pay 50ron more and get better services in the same area.
The pictures on the website date back from the glory days, today the hotel is in need of renovation: old furniture, tears in decorative bed cover, huge stains on the carpet, shower head broken. Airco worked perfectly, bed mattress seemed new and was excellent, sheets were spotless and also seemed new. Staff is helpful and friendly. Breakfast is awkward though: room is equiped with standard kitchen, someone doing the dishes right there while you are trying to have breakfast, when someone is out of bread, break is taken from your table before you are finished, weird to say the least. Due to the breakfast experience, I'd rather see this as a 2 star hotel. Location is very good: easily accessible by car, 10 minute walk to the historical centre and taxis on standby all the time at the theater just 100m away.
Clean and comfortable rooms. Helpful staff. Beautiful scenery.

only 2 places for parking and all others will block you and have to pray to be in the hotel and release your car
