Clean. Modern. Friendly service and staff. A couple of suggestions for the owners:
1) free drinking water fountain required near pool for children
2) the mini shop needs a more reliable card payment machine. It broke twice whilst visiting
3) paint some double yellow lines in the parking area and clamp anyone that disobeys... the hotel parking was always full with visitors to the water park rather than paying guests.
4) the kids club was not very professionally run. It needs someone with managerial experience.
The above points are minor ones. Everything else was really good.
We had a very pleasant stay with our kids. Nice pools and cool kids parties in the evening :-)
