Terrible customer service and missold room type. We had booked online a deluxe double room through Booking.com and were checked into a standard. Incredibly noisy room situated on the front of the building, of a busy road, in addition to a dog barking all the time upstairs.
Little interest in resolving the issue which resulted in us checking out and having to find another hotel. Avoid
A cozy, comfortable and clean place, with excellent location, near the most emblematic tourist sites of Seville, in a quiet street, with bars and cafes nearby. From there you can walk to the entire city. Attention very good, we follow some suggestions to eat and meet very successful. The price excellent value. Without a doubt highly recommended
Noise nuisance extreme. You can hear people walking upstairs, but it sounds like stamping. You can hear them talking. Dog that barks. When closing the entrance door you sit upright in the bed of the shock. Too bad nice room and fairly central.

I spent a week in this beb ... I would say very nice and nice located in the center of seville so it is an excellent location 25 minutes walk from almost all the main places, in fact we have always walked ... train station as well 20minuti .... clean, the girl who runs it nice and helpful ... speaks good Italian and is always available on wozap ....
