Currently staying in this hotel. Due to covid, obviously times are complicated at present and had a little confusion with our room booking.
I want to say a massive thank you to ‘Chema’ on the front desk. Extremely professional and helpful and went out of his way to help us and make our stay comfortable.

A few minor problems but a pleasant stay overall. My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights and enjoyed it. The beds were large and comfy, there was only one kind of pillow though whereas most hotels we stayed at in Spain had a couple different types to choose from. Even though we were on the first floor and close to the promenade, it was still quiet in the evenings and mornings so noise was not an issue. The location is pretty good…it’s nice being right on the river with beautiful views, but you are outside the old city so you have a 15-20 min walk from the hotel to the tourist attractions. The only two downsides were that we were given a smoking room at check-in and then had to go back and ask for a non-smoking room and move our stuff, which was kind of a pain. There’s also very little street parking (available) in the neighborhood and the hotel parking is expensive, so that’s something to keep in mind. One cool feature we didn't know about ahead of time was the rooftop bar. Great views of the city and really cool atmosphere. Overall, pleasant stay and would recommend!

Well located across the bridge and near a corner store. Well within walking distance to eateries and old Seville.
- room was smaller than accustomed but very comfortable and clean. Bed provided comfortable sleep. Reliable internet. Well kept by housekeeping during the day.
- guest services were accommodating with the minor language barrier.
We were late but there was space! Good! But we paid the jackpot because of the MTV Awards. €220 for one single night in a pretty small room. Haha. Not worth it. €60 is OK
Great views from the roof top bar. Enjoy a drink while the sun sets and the lights come on a across the city.
