Supposedly nice hotel, but do not recommend to book here given the current COVID situation. We decided to make use of the hotel’s cancellation option with a 75% refund of what we paid, and now four months have passed and they are simply refusing to pay out. Be careful!
Great hotel, with traditional and modern style combine, spacious rooms and comfy bed and the staff were amazing. Perfectly central location. Highly recommend.
Great hotel, rooms are really clean and looking fancy. The staff was very helpful and kind. In the center of Sevilla, so within walking distance the pretty much everything.
Was not able to stay due to COVID 19, and holiday was cancelled, however, I was refunded after two months. Emails were polite and considerate. Thank you. We hope to return next year if we are able to travel. Very good company.
Amazing hotel with lovely staff who couldn’t do enough to help. The hotel facilities were clean & modern, the building itself was stunning inside. Breakfast was wonderful with lots to choose from. The rooftop pool was perfect after a day walking this wonderful city! The bar lovely for a late evening drink. We were so pleased with the location too. Special mentions to Pedro, Edwardo, Hannah & Patricia who made made our stay so special & were so helpful.
