Time of stay, October 2018 We had the top floor apartment, it was steep up the stairs but well worth it when you got there. The outdoor terrace had wonderful views and was well appointed. The perfect place for a G&T before heading off to sample one of the many local places to eat. The apartment was clean, well equipped and very comfortable. Great location and we had no issues parking a few streets away in an underground car park as recommended by the Company. Good administration and helpful, polite and pleasant people running the reception. Would love to return.
Big, clean apartment just as described. Two bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms directly across the street from the Cathedral! Such an amazing view easily seen from the couch or one of the twin beds. There was also a nice futon in the living area so could easily sleep 6 people. We didn't use the kitchen but it seemed well stocked. The balcony is just large enough to squeeze a couple of chairs onto if you want to enjoy the street life below in the evenings. Good a/c. The shower in the master gets water all over the floor due to a design flaw but this is not that big of a deal.
Very nice and accommodating staff as well. I wish we had been able to take advantage of the free walking tour, that is a big bonus.
Very good location, easily walkable to everything we wanted to see, and very close to a taxi stop as well for getting to/from the train station or airport.
Staying here enhanced our visit to Seville. From the helpfulness of the staff, the location, the view & the comfort and cleanliness of the apartment it was a great place to stay. We would highly recommend to family and friends and will definitely be back at some point.
Great location near the cathedral. Very well-appointed apartment. Great service from the customer service personnel. I will stay here the next time I am in town!
I would give this property 5 stars but because of one thing I think others should know, I gave it give 4 stars. The one thing: the company has multiple buildings throughout the city but you have to checkin at one building, meaning you could end up walking a decent distance for your actual apartment. Wasn't a big deal for us because we had a car but for those that don't, it could mean a 5-10 minute walk with a lot of bags. It would be very nice if they could have a different check in process, such as leaving the key in a box at the appropriate building.
Everything else was fantastic. Great amenities, kind service, great location, offered a free walking tour, very responsive communication. I still highly recommend.
