If you're staying in Hongdae, I think the HolidayInn gives you the biggest bang for your bucket if you're looking for a hotel room.
Between 70 to 80 for a double room, including breakfast. (Now in Covid times it's grab and go)

Good, near the subway station, near the center of Hongdae. Cozy place. But you can find cheaper places.
The service is good and the breakfast was not bad. But the price is quite expensive than the quality of the service
