Up high to walk from Myeongdong Exit 4 station but doesn't matter coz the view and rooms are a loft style type....with Kitchens!!!! Great for small family to be around.....which is also nearby to Namsan Tower.....just walking distance...

Nice place. It has a wifi, kitchen, and washing machine. The floors are heated. Manager was very nice to help me with the washing machine. Great guy!
The facilities are dirty in the whole house. I think they haven't cleaned the floor and the surfaces for ages. When it's raining the water comes in and there is mold on the ceilings. The rooms are dirty, too. We had a lot of hairs on our mattress and bed sheets.
It's really a pity that they do not take care of the rooms and building. During our whole stay I never saw someone cleaning. We still had drinks from previous guests in the fridge. They also do not have room service. It could be a nice guesthouse in a good neighborhood with a nice view from the rooftop. But when it is dirty it's hard to feel comfortable. At least the stuff is friendly.
The breakfast ist toast with butter and jam. Coffee or tea is not included. I would not recommend to stay here.
