Young and fresh feeling. Service people are kind but overall quality is not the levels I expected. Small space and all the details are not really driven well. And some parts are not working properly already even it has been only 6 months now. I can consider back if they offer a good price, otherwise I think I can find better ones in the same price range.
As a 5 star hotel, id say the stay was underwhelming. Rooms are a design failure in that they made a decent sized room feel smaller by compartmentalizing them. I can see that they really tried hard to make the room feel unique but that makes it all the more depressing -__-. Their facilities like the spa are clean but small and quaint. Compared to spa @four seasons, jw marriot, banyan tree (other 5star hotels), the stark contrast in quality was jarring. Seriously, those that are giving this place a high rating have not been to many luxury hotels to make comparisons. And the spa was 40 bucks..... Theres 2 hot baths, 2 cold baths and 2 steam rooms..... all are pea sized where only a few people can get in at a time..... how the heck is that 40bucks??? If this place was listed as a 3 star, i would have thought it more appropriate. Their restaurant layout is good. Food was decent and the steak was cooked to perfection. The lamb was good too but get the steak. Honestly, besides the friendly staff, nothing about this place was awe-inspiring.
Btw pls fix the bathroom doors. Ive more to say but that make thr review way too long.
Beautiful hotel. Pool was great, the second floor food concept is pretty unique. Five food/drink spots that flow seamlessly into each other. Food and drink is good and reasonably priced when compared with other 5 star hotels.
Super convenient access to the metro (the orange line is downstairs from the hotel).
Rooms are spacious and modern. Love the shower. Voice control in the room is a nice touch.
Staff are eager to help.
Went to their bar on the second floor which is to the right of the main entrance. It had a very neat and sophisticated interior and loved their food and their drinks! Highly recommend it!
This hotel lobby atmosphere is not designed well as a hotel entrance. People are nice. Only building design is issue.
