Yesterday housekeeping skipped my room. This morning I went downstairs and I formed the front desk. Tonight, I came back and discovered there is still no toilet paper. Horrible service. Please avoid this hotel. Also saw a bug on the bed. Housekeeping also did a bad job cleaning when they did clean it 2 days ago. Desk was dirty. Almost 2 days without toilet paper is redicilious. You would think after skipping my room the previous night, housekeeping would do a good job and replace the toilet paper for today, but no. They left the room with no toilet paper whatsoever!
They have big and stylish designer rooms. Artistically speaking, it's a great alternative to the usual hotel rooms. Good price point as well.
The bed sheets were dirty with loads and loads of dust down the side of the bed. Unless you accept to sleep in dirty sheets left by a stranger, this hotel is disgusting. Stay away at all cost ! When I complained about it, the staff asked "do you also want the pillow cases to be changed". The front staff weren't even surprised of my finding. yes I found hairs left by strangers on bed!! The entire room was dusty and full of stains.
