This is the review to read. I had such an amazing experience at this hotel and let me tell you why. The location is fantastic; subway right outside the hotel and takes a few minutes to get to Seoul Station. The customer service; the staff was fantastic, helped me order food, call my rental company to find lost merchandise, and were friendly 24/7. The rooms; clean, comfortable, and modern. The price; affordable and great “bang for your buck.” I will always stay here in Seoul.
Extremely friendly and efficient front desk staff (English fluent). Very cool room design and ultra modern features. Good assortment of toiletries. Clean. Good view. Very comfortable bed and bedding.
Location, location, location. If you we’re any closer to the blue subway line it would be in the hotel. The rooms are nice, albeit small, and the front staff was friendly. I have stayed there 2 times, hopefully I can return to Korea on vacation again and stay there once more. Easy access to everywhere you want to go in Seoul.
One of the only hotel brands I trust in Korea for cleanliness
In short, this hotel is very affordable, comparing to the hospitality and other hotels around. It is located near the bus stop, airport limousine bus stop, subway station (no escalator but elevator provided), even convenience store is around.
It is located at the main street, but honestly, the area is not that crowded with stuff. By walking from Seoul station, since it is almost 1km, I did not recommend you to walk.
The facilities are superb honestly and valuable for money.
