Lovely, and helpful staff. Nice clean room with private bathroom. Very good location. Breakfast was good as well as it was right what you need nothing more nothing less. Best coffee we had in Asia! Thanks guys, we'll be definitely coming back here next time we're in Seoul.

Free light breakfast at 8am to a bit past 9. Super fast internet. Complimentary water bottles replenished daily.
A 7-Eleven and a GS25 very close by, and Angguk Station is also the most convenient station.
Most restaurants in the area close around 9 or 10.
The best place to stay, near the attractions, transport, restaurants, and has an excellent and friendly host. And the rate is very reasonable. The room had all the amenities that I had expected.

I had a terrible experience here. They gave my booking to another guest without alerting me or agoda. I arrived late at night and was told I couldn’t stay there because the hotel was full (they admitted to canceling the booking). Moreover, they told me I could not use the WiFi to try to find another hotel, nor sit in their lobby to stay warm. They told us that there “were no other hotels” in the area and walked us to the police station and left us there. We ended up finding another hotel 2 minutes away. It was a terrible experience, made worse by the fact that I got a charge on my account for being a “no show” for my booking! I don’t recommend using this hotel because there is no guarantee the room will actually be there when you show up, and they will not help you try to fix the mistake they made.
