The hosts are discreet and are not used to talking to people. They provide breakfast (supplement) which is excellent!
Only downside: far too many supplements for my taste.

Very nice service, good location. Close to the beach, the grocery store. The view is nice. Grandma's Incunia is an excellent ... :)
Positive aspects: the price, really cheap
Other aspects: a problem on arrival. Our reservation was superimposed on another one with a consequent first night spent in another very small apartment and moving the next morning. The very uncomfortable bed with a mattress that was actually very hard and stuck in the frame, to the point that you couldn't put them under the sheets. Pillows with reduced dimensions, very small. Presence of two small towels, without towel for shower. Smelly discharge. There is a paying air conditioner (five euros per day) which can be very useful as the room heats up quickly. Small but functional kitchen. Good number of electrical outlets. Small but nice bathroom, too bad it is not windowed.
