Enjoyed 5 peaceful nights. The place is a slightly hidden gem. Tasty breakfast, sweet staff. Beautiful new clean design and landscaping. Not far from great restaurants, gym, and night life. Nice two level units with no one above you. Nice shower and bathroom.. always appreciated hood AC and a spray hose by the toilet. I do recommend this place.
Each of their room has different vibes where their offer minimalist concept. The staffs also nice and my favorite room is Loft 1. The room has big windows and got enough light. Strategic area if you want to go around Seminyak and Legian.
It was a one night stay and we still wish that it was a longer stay. The villa has all the 5 star hotel quality, from the eye pleasing design, the choice of building materials, and all the other small thoughtful details.
Their rate during pandemic has been very low due to a very though competition during the pandemic, but trust me it has so much more quality than what appears on the photos. We hesitated at first too, but ended up very pleased with Sini Vie and promised ourselves that we will return for a longer time next time.
Sini Vie has turned our business trip into a lovely delayed honeymoon for me and my wife. We will most definitely recommend Sini Vie for its impeccable service.
This villa is amazing. I stayed here for 1 month. The location is good, you can go to 3 different mini mart - fresh fruit market - local warung just by walk and only takes less than 10 minutes to Seminyak!
The staff also helpful and always greeting you with humble hello. Thanks for the hospitality.
This place is simply stunning. Room was gorgeous, clean and by far the most helpful staff I have come across. Food in the restaurant is delicious and massage a must. Only thing I’d suggest, is to include some more basic kid friendly food options for younger children. Will definitely be back.
Great value for your money!
Great location in the middle off Seminyak. To reach the hotel you need to pass a small gang at raya Seminyak. There all is quiet and the traffic in the busy street will not bother you. Staff is genuinely friendly and helpful. Service with a Balinese smile. Rooms are spacious and clean. Facilities are basic but there is everything you need.
Lovely, helpful staff who are always on hand if you need anything. Nice pool area. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and super clean. Tasty breakfast every morning at the restaurant or delivered to your balcony. About a 15min walk to the main strip and 10min to the beach. Some great little warungs on the same street. We wanted to extend our stay an extra night but no regular rooms were available so they so kindly upgraded us to the villa for the price of our regular room. What a lovely way to spend our last night in Bali – thank you Lotus Tirta! We would definitely return.
A lovely tranquil pkace, yet close to beach and shops. Attentive friendly staff, superb breakfast options and beautiful gardens/pool. Room was roomy and clean with a comfortable bed. Can't recommend highly enough.
Beautiful boutique villa stay with all different eclectic rooms and personal touch. Quiet location close to the beach and lots of shops and restaurants.
The place is nice, quiet, homey. We were offered whether to clean it every day or not. And there is always someone guarding it until 4 in the morning, so we feel safe. There is no special parking but near there there is a field where no other cars can park there. The toilet is dry, there is no bidet.
Absolutely beautiful Villa for couples! Great location close to main Seminyak street, stunning architecture design, nice pool with beach chairs, huge bedroom with adjacent bathroom fitted with big tub. Nothing to complain on interior, except for the slightly dim lighting at night.
It's an almost perfect stay for us, except for some areas for improvement here:
- Wifi coverage is weak in bedroom
- Water heater is inconsistent and takes time to heat up (staff gave us heads up thou, so that's great)
- Air conditioning is a bit weak, especially during the day
Nothing critical that can take 5 star rating away from this place thou!
