We stayed for six nights in a 3 bedroom villa with its private swimming pool during summer season.
Location: good, since it is near active area and not far from the beach. However, the way to villas is very narrow.
Villa: good design, spacious, and good privacy.
Swimming pool : very good.
Cleanness : clean, but it can be improved. The towels were mostly old and sometimes not clean.
Staff: supper nice... Thank you.
Breakfast : freshly prepared in the villa at the time we specify. Two to four staff come, cook, prepapre the table, and serve the breakfast. Sometimes they come slightly late.
Overall : very good experience

Located in the middle of Seminyak, U Paasha is in the prime location for restaurants, cafes, spas, shopping, etc.
The rooms are huge and spacious. Everything is clean and well kept. Toilets are very spacious as well.
Breakfast is a mixture of buffet and a la carte. Delicious and freshly cooked food. Absolutely love it.
Not forgetting their 24h check in policy, where you can check out the same time you check in. This is the best.
Totally recommend U Paasha for your stay in Seminyak!

We were staying at one bedroom spa villa. Very spacious and the interior is classic!
A quiet place. Super Friendly service. No disturbance. Only the mosquitoes at the bathroom area. Got sting when peeing and need to dance around when brushing teeth. But overall. Very refreshing.
This place is fantastic and very big, only negative point is water bathroom is not filtered and is sour in taste. Staff is friendly. Perfect location in seminyak.

We loved our stay at your beautiful villa. Your staff were very attentive and friendly. The daily cooked breakfast was delicious. The turn down service really made us feel at home. The only suggestion we have is to maintain the wet areas more thoroughly. We found that there were build up of grime in the bathroom and algae in the pool. Overall, our stay was very positive. Thank you.
Absolutely beautiful Villa for couples! Great location close to main Seminyak street, stunning architecture design, nice pool with beach chairs, huge bedroom with adjacent bathroom fitted with big tub. Nothing to complain on interior, except for the slightly dim lighting at night.
It's an almost perfect stay for us, except for some areas for improvement here:
- Wifi coverage is weak in bedroom
- Water heater is inconsistent and takes time to heat up (staff gave us heads up thou, so that's great)
- Air conditioning is a bit weak, especially during the day
Nothing critical that can take 5 star rating away from this place thou!
This place is an underrated gem. It's in the heart of seminyak with it's busy night life, yet it's quiet. Big rooms, great bed, brilliant staff. For the price u pay (which is not alot)... This place is a huge bargain.
Lovely staff that are happy to help. Well located with their own shuttle service if needed. Stayed in a 2bdrm villa, private pool and all open air except for the 2 air conditioned bedrooms, uniquely bali in style. Good in house meals to your room if you dont feel like going out. Great little spa available. A small mini mart 5 min walk away. Rooms mosquito sprayed every evening. The rooms a little tired or it would have been 5*.
Very beautiful and clean villa. Every corner of these villa interior exudes the richness of Japanese artistic nuance. I felt like I was staying in Japan. Very comfortable villa. Complete facilities and in the pantry all cooking utensils are available.
For the bathroom, all the facilities are also complete with a rainy shower and bathtub and there is direct access from the bathroom to the swimming pool, this is very efficient.
Some of the things that were a little lacking when I stayed here were inadequate local TV broadcasts but a folder with movies was provided which in my opinion was goof movie (box office). Not comfortable with the toilet which is a bit difficult when flash but still can only need more pressure.
Villa yang sangat indah dan bersih. Setiap sudut interior vila menggambarkan kekayaan nuansa artistik Jepang. Saya merasa sedang menginap di Jepang. Villa sangat nyaman. Fasilitas lengkap dan pada pantry semua perkakas untuk memasak telah tersedia.
Untuk kamar mandi semua fasilitas juga sudah lengkap dengan shower, bathtub, dan terdapat akses langsung dari kamar mandi ke kolam renang yang sangat efisien.
Beberapa yang sedikit kurang saat saya menginap di sini adalah untuk siaran TV lokal kurang memadai namun telah disediakan folder dengan film-film yang menurut saya bagus (box office). Kurang nyaman dengan klosetnya yang agak susah saat flash namun tetap bisa hanya perlu tekanan yang lebih.
Location is everything for this villa so don't judge the place from the outside! The reception might look small, but once you walk in, you'll see a massive swimming pool and how large the common area is!
We went here to shoot content for the villa and stayed at the 3 bedroom townhouse, which was enormous!
Two-story townhouse with a private swimming pool and my favourite thing is the outdoor bathroom in the master bedroom!
My favourite part about this place is that the location is extremely central to Seminyak's famous establishments like The Sea Circus, Potato Head, Mrs Sippy and many many more.
