Beautiful boutique villa stay with all different eclectic rooms and personal touch. Quiet location close to the beach and lots of shops and restaurants.
Nice cozy place. The parking is a problem and so is the access roads. Of course expensively prices as well. Well being in Bali one cannot talk about prices

The kitchen at Karisa Boutique is so, so good! I think the hotel needs more stars because of the food there!!
Very dissappointing experience. The management / reservation team is very shady they did not want to refund me after promising to do so because the room's AC was broken from old age literally blowing hot air out I could not sleep all night and I had to move to another hotel nearby. Thankfully I had paid with Paypal and was able to force a dispute to get my owed money back but it was a mission and this hotel kept lying out their teeth when I tried to originally resolve with the agoda company directly.
I was so excited for this hotel based off the great photos and google reviews, however it was all good angles, lighting and biased reviews that did not match the actual hotel in person. This place was so tiny felt like a guest house more than a hotel - when I arrived no one was available at the front desk after hours. There was an aggressive black dog that was barking and growling at me which made me feel unsafe as he was out on the loose and the employee said he bit people, just a strange ambience overall, not a good welcome I was literally so scared to leave my room as it was all dark, no employees and a dangerous dog freely on the loose on the grounds. I had gone out and come back and it started barking and ran to me that I had to jump onto a high counter and yell for help from an employee, my anxiety was so high and I felt like I was in danger... the dog should be closed off imagine if kids were present.
They did not have telephones in the room so good luck asking for assistant. The tv was so small like a desktop screen in the room and the setup was awkward not aligned with the bed And there was a whole lot of space in the middle no table with chair to do laptop work... just a poorly designed and managed place. The pool was pretty with the white aesthetic and I will say the landscaping was pretty but nothing special. Would not recommend to anyone for the high price and poor customer service :( much better options closer to the beach / more modern rooms etc nearby. ~ Look up Kashantee Village which is cheaper and a better location and you'll see what I mean as they have a similar aesthetic.
