We have had 2 stays here and absolutely loved it..awesome staff who can't do enough to help you. Would recommend them for a great holiday..we hope to get back there soon. Hopefully it's safe to travel overseas very soon.
Good villa, not too hygiene, my kid got many bug bite mark. Maybe it's because of lack manpower due to covid-19
This place is perfect. In the middle of bustling seminyak (right across bintang supermarket) but still secluded (kept you from the loud noise). Full facilities. Friendly and helpful staff.
The villa is nice, the room is spacious and clean. Every day they make up the room perfectly and they clean the pool area. The location is good, not far from the mail street, just 2 minutes walking, with plenty pf supermarkets. The beach is around 15 minutes walking. We didn't like the breakfast at the sister hotel, too crowded. So we decided to take the breakfast in the room but well..it was ok but can be better. We were 2 and you can choose different types of breakfasts but with limited options...like one pancake dish for 2 persons, not 2..and you can't ask for anything extra..quite ridiculous after paying this amount of money for the villa. Another thing we didn't like was that they charge you 100k on your credit card when you arrive but they return it to you IN CASH..sorry but finally we loose money in this way, because the change is worst for us. The reception is definitely a mess and it's quite disgusting. Not a good impression. By the way the experience it was positive because the villa and the staff were nice. The staff is friendly and professional.
The downtown villas were flawless. We had a great stay and would definitely stay there again. The staff were so friendly and helpful with everything that we needed.
