The property is so nice! Our first impression was great! But there are two staff was very rude. The name is Sari and Ratnity. I was very surprised that she was best service person in this month. There are other staff who is much better than her.
Our flight was 9pm so I asked Sari for late check out and she told me that it’s already full. There is other sister company she can offered me and it was 2.3million RP. She couldn’t even help me to check in early and she asked me to pay 2.3million RP for 3hours.
At the end, I could find other transit hotel which was 470.000RP.
They don’t have many experience to assist customer.
They don’t know what customer wants and needs.
The both staff was worst service people I have ever met!!!!!
Pros:
- Prime location
- Very spacious and the private pool is awesome
- Staff are very friendly
- Beautiful place with a cool bathroom
Cons:
- Far from breakfast restaurant - have to wait for buggy to pick you up and drop you back...very out of the way we didn’t end up having breakfast the rest of the days
- Had an incident where one of my valuables was stolen (but returned after getting police involved). Glad to have gotten it back but highly recommend not leaving valuables in the open...(my fault!!)
- Bathroom has no ventilation so it smelt if you left the door closed too long
- Toilet doesn’t flush properly
- Bathtub is huge but the hot water doesn’t last to fill it up
- Bit old and needs a refurbish
Nice suite & hidden villa
The private villas were amazing. They were huge. With a private pool, poolside sitting area, an open kitchen and dining room to soak in the view. We took the villa with 2 rooms. As requested, one was a double bed and the second was with twin beds. The bathrooms were the biggest I've ever seen in my life. They were the size of a room with a bathtub and shower separately. The room service can be improved. The food wasn't good. But the complimentary breakfast every morning at their sister villa was amazing. They took us in a buggy every morning to have breakfast. It was serene and beautiful.
